FAQ
Common Planner Questions
How far in advance should we book?+
Ideally 2–3 months before your event for peak conference seasons. However, I have accommodated bookings with as little as 2–3 weeks notice when the fit is right. The earlier the better — but don't rule out a last-minute inquiry.
What are your speaking fees?+
Fees vary based on format (keynote vs. workshop vs. virtual), duration, audience size, and travel requirements. I provide transparent pricing in the proposal after learning more about your event. No hidden fees.
Do you travel internationally?+
Yes. I have keynoted in 20+ countries across 6 continents. International travel is arranged and covered as part of the engagement, with arrangements discussed during the proposal phase.
Can you tailor content to our industry?+
Absolutely. Each keynote is customized to your industry context, event theme, and audience composition. This is included in the standard process — not an upcharge.
What does the post-event process look like?+
After the event, I send a thank-you note, a summary of key takeaways for your attendees, and post-event quotes your team can use for marketing. I'm also available for follow-up engagements, repeat bookings, and referral partnerships.
Do you work with speaking bureaus?+
Yes. I work with select bureaus on a referral basis. Bureau inquiries should be directed through the standard contact process with commission structure disclosed upfront.
